No. County reliability grades and outage statistics are computed entirely from public federal data using the method described on our Methodology page. Affiliate partnerships do not influence which counties get which grade, or how the underlying data is processed. Generator and power-station picks are sized to a county's outage profile, not chosen for commission rate.
